Privacy policy for the Henosys household app (private beta)

Summary

This app is private to the household that installs it. Accounts are created by invitation only. Data you enter stays in your household's own deployment and is never sold, shared with advertisers, or used to train models.

Data the app stores

• Account details: name, email address and role within the household.
• Financial records you enter or import: transactions, budgets, bills, receipts and photos of receipts.
• Pantry and inventory items.
• Device information needed for sign-in security and push notifications.

Where it is stored

On infrastructure operated for your household by Henosys Technologies Ltd, encrypted at rest and in transit. Backups are encrypted and retained for a limited period.

Personal privacy between members

Imported transactions are private to the person who imported them until that person marks them as household. Unmarked transactions appear in no shared view.

Third parties

The app uses no advertising or analytics SDKs. Optional AI features send only the household-marked records needed for the feature to the model provider, and never personal, unmarked records.

Your rights

Any member can request a copy or deletion of their data by emailing hello@henosystech.com. Household administrators can delete the household entirely.
